  • Yes. All treatments at Highbrow London are consultation-led. This ensures suitability is assessed, medical history is reviewed where required, and your treatment plan is tailored to your individual goals.

  • No. All treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over. Valid age verification may be required at consultation.

  • Yes. Anti-wrinkle injections are a prescription-only medicine. Treatment is provided following assessment by a qualified, registered medical prescriber and only once suitability has been confirmed.

  • A patch test is required in advance of many of our treatments, including Laser & IPL, Brow Lamination, Lash lift & Tint and any tattoo-based service such as Permanent Makeup (PMU) or Areola restoration. Patch testing helps reduce the risk of adverse reactions.

  • We provide advanced aesthetic and skin treatments including laser hair reduction, IPL skin rejuvenation, microneedling, chemical peels, skin boosters, anti-wrinkle treatments, semi-permanent makeup, and paramedical tattooing. All treatments are tailored to deliver refined, natural-looking results.

  • All treatments are carried out in a clinically hygienic environment using medical-grade equipment and approved products. Suitability is assessed prior to treatment to ensure safety and professional standards are maintained.

  • Results vary depending on the treatment. Anti-wrinkle treatments typically take up to two weeks for full effect. Laser and microneedling treatments often provide cumulative improvements over a recommended course. Tattoo-based treatments require a full healing period of approximately 6–8 weeks.

  • Downtime depends on the procedure. Some treatments involve minimal recovery, while others may cause temporary redness, mild swelling, light peeling, or minor bruising. Clear aftercare guidance is provided to support optimal healing.

  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or missed without notice, will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
