These Terms apply to all treatments and services provided by Highbrow London.

1. Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance. By booking, you agree to these Terms.

A consultation is required prior to certain treatments.

2. Age Policy

All treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over. Valid age verification may be required.

3. Injectable Treatments

Certain injectable treatments are prescription-only medicines and are only provided following assessment by a qualified, registered medical prescriber.

4. Medical Suitability

Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information. We reserve the right to refuse or delay treatment where it is not considered safe or appropriate.

5. Results

Results vary between individuals. No treatment outcome is guaranteed.

6. Patch Testing

Where required, patch testing must be completed at least 48 hours prior to treatment. Failure to attend patch testing may result in rescheduling.

7. Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or missed without notice, will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

Deposits, where taken, may be retained in accordance with this policy.

8. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for completed treatments. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of treatment.

9. Liability

We accept no liability for adverse outcomes where:

• Aftercare instructions are not followed

• Medical information was withheld

• External products or treatments are used without advice

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
